Appointment Platform: All appointments are conducted on Zoom or via email, providing a convenient and accessible space for your session. This appointment time is chosen by you when you book online. As this time is allocated especially for you, sessions must run on time. Your session will be audio recorded and a copy of the recording sent to your email address. Non-Attendance Policy (Zoom only): If you fail to attend your scheduled Zoom meeting, the session will proceed as planned, and the audio recording will be sent to your email address. By booking a session, you agree to adhere to these policies. They ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
